Chief Executive Officer
Dean has been actively involved in the childcare industry for over 12 years. Since 2005, Dean has overseen the identification, design and construction of greenfield sites to create compliant, licensed and profitable centres. Concurrently, Dean has held senior executive positions at Tabcorp Holdings Ltd, most recently as General Manager Retail, leading a multi-site network of over 800 venues. Dean is a Certified Practising Accountant and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
He brings with him considerable expertise in business strategy formulation, sales and marketing, underperforming asset turnarounds, rapid business expansion and cultivation of high performing teams.
Quality Improvement Advisor
Michelle has been intimately involved in the childcare industry for more than 12 years. Since opening her first centre in 2005, Michelle has successfully developed and operated centres in highly competitive areas and has taken all centres to full occupancy in short periods of time. Michelle has an extensive knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and a proven ability to implement operational efficiencies and to achieve rapid occupancy growth.
Michelle’s commitment to delivering quality outcomes is evident in the ratings of her childcare centres, which have all received either ‘High Quality’ (under the old framework) or ‘Exceeding’ (under the current framework).
Chief Financial Officer
Glenn is a CPA with extensive, hands-on experience in managing internal reporting, statutory compliance and internal processing controls for many ASX listed companies.
Glenn’s most recent roles were as Group Financial Controller and Company Secretary for Ceramic Fuel Cells Limited and as Financial Controller and Company Secretary with Rail Manufacturing CRC Ltd.
